About the Project
Aubuchon Homes built the Carleton model to bring a West Indies inspired design with coastal influences to the McGregor corridor in Fort Myers. The custom-built home has a strong connection to the outdoors and displays a harmonious blend of tailored and organic textures, mixed metals, clear glass, and a serene color palette.

Evalutions by Aubuchon was honored to be part of this award-winning design project. We were recognized on a national level with a Silver Aurora Award for Best Interior Design of a Custom Home. The Lee Building Industry Association also recognized us with Pinnacle Awards for Best Interior Design and Best Interior Merchandising for the project.
